This Unit, along with all accessories listed in this document, remains the sole property of KINEMA TRAILER DEPOT LLC until all forms of payment related to this purchase have fully cleared. Title and ownership will not transfer to the Purchaser until payment is verified and received in full. In the event of default, the Purchaser agrees to pay all costs associated with collection, repossession, or legal action required to recover the items listed in this document.
This includes, but is not limited to, a 25% attorney or collection fee, court costs, and any additional expenses incurred during the recovery process. This transaction is deemed to have taken place in Douglas, Georgia, and is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within Georgia. All estimated delivery and/or completion dates provided are based on information from the manufacturer.
KINEMA TRAILER DEPOT LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, material shortages, equipment malfunctions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We maintain daily communication with the manufacturer to keep Purchasers informed; however, if a delay occurs, we will reschedule delivery at the Purchaser’s convenience.
All warranties related to the trailer and its components are provided solely by the manufacturer. KINEMA TRAILER DEPOT LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Purchaser understands and agrees that KINEMA TRAILER DEPOT LLC is not responsible for any warranty claims, repairs, defects, or performance issues related to the trailer.
As a courtesy, KINEMA TRAILER DEPOT LLC may assist the Purchaser in the warranty claim process by providing guidance or facilitating communication with the manufacturer. However, Kinema is not liable for the outcome of any warranty claims, nor for any delays, denials, or service issues arising from the manufacturer’s warranty process. By signing this document, the Purchaser acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to all terms, conditions, and notes outlined above.
