At Kinema, we do not offer in-house delivery or shipping services. All transportation of trailers is handled exclusively through third-party delivery companies chosen by the customer or coordinated upon request.
Third-Party Delivery Responsibility
• Kinema is not liable for any damages that occur during transport.
• Once the trailer is picked up from our lot by the delivery company, all responsibility shifts to the carrier.
• Any claims related to damage, delays, or delivery disputes must be directed to the transportation provider.
Pre-Delivery Condition
• Trailers are fully inspected and documented with photos before leaving our lot.
• A signed release form and photo documentation are kept on file for verification.
Delivery Timeframe
• Please allow approximately 1 to 3 weeks for delivery, depending on your location and the availability of your selected transportation provider.Customer Acknowledgment
By choosing to have a trailer delivered by a third party, the customer agrees to these terms and understands that Kinema is not responsible for damages once the unit leaves our premises.
